Garrett Olson

Well I know I haven’t had a new song in quite a while, and I have seemed to fall off the face of the Earth, musically, but things have been quite busy with College and getting back into the routine of student life. I am currently working on a few songs, and they are coming along nicely. I promise to have some new stuff ready (at least demo’s) in the next month. Next on the list of things to discuss; the album. 

I know I planned on having the EP recorded and finished this summer, but unfortunately my bank account informed me that wan’t feasible. However, there is a silver lining to this cloud! I will be doing a full length debut album next summer, 10 tracks or more! 

Thanks to everyone for their support, it means a great deal to me. I am trying to line up some shows in the next few months, so hopefully I will get the wheels in motion for that.

The sky has been draped with a blanket of stars.

Clusters scattered amongst a black canvas, looking over a world at rest. 

The coolness of the air lingers, as if it was frozen in fear. 

And the moon pierces a whole in the hearts of man who wander the obis;

Searching for the unsearchable. 

Mountains shift and tides recede, revealing the truth;

Blind to those who seek it. 

Only to appear to the weary wanderer, who longs for longings sake,

will an answer unmask itself
